Important information for existing customers of the wefox Insurance AG

Changes to wefox insurance products

Until March 1, wefox offered its own insurance products from the wefox Insurance AG, including wefox car insurance (Switch, Compact, Comfort, Comfort+) and wefox personal liability and home contents insurance (Compact, Comfort, Comfort+).

If you still have an active policy, your insurance coverage will of course remain in effect. We're still here for you and will reliably support you with contract questions, claims, and service requests. You can easily submit your claims as usual using the "Report a Claim" button – we'll take care of the rest!

  • If you have a claim, simply send an email to claims@wefox.ch or call +41 43 588 13 77. Our wefox Team will be happy to help you.

    To help make the process as smooth (and fast!) as possible, please include the following information:

    • Place, date, and time of the damage

    • Description of the damage

    • Are third parties involved?

    • Has the damage already been repaired?

    • Any documents you have to support your claim, such as: photos, bills, police reports, or other evidence
