Annual Reports.

The reporting of VIA Versicherung AG (formerly: wefox Insurance AG) is subject to the regulatory provisions of the Financial Market Authority (FMA). In order to provide transparency regarding the solvency and capital situation of wefox Insurance AG, the SFCR (Solvency & Financial Condition Report) is also published, which meets the requirements of the European Solvency II directives. The 2024 annual financial statements were fully audited by the auditing firm PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in April 2025 and approved by the general meeting of VIA Versicherung AG (formerly: wefox Insurance AG) in April 2025.
